The Organized Crime Winery
The Organized Crime Winery
The feud resulted in one congregation breaking into the other church, and then tossing it down an embankment… hence the Organized Crime Winery Name.
2023). Denne vin ledsages på vineriets hjemmeside af følgende beskrivelse: To say that the 2021 vintage was challenging, would be the understatement of the century. A herculean effort was required to carefully pick and then painstakingly hand sort all of the fruit to ensure we only used healthy ripe grapes. But in the end, the gruelling efforts at harvest have paid dividends. The resulting wine, our 2021 Break-In Pinot Noir is a pure, delicate expression of the grape. Bright cherry and pomegranate notes mix with subtle earthiness, and a hint of barrel spice from the nine months of aging in French oak. A versatile food friendly wine that will compliment just about anything on your dinner table. Drinking well now in its youth, and even more quaffable with a slight chill.
